Renderings Released for Dorchester Project, 78 Willow Court
At the last BPDA hearing, Cornerstone Real Estate released a presentation detailing additional renderings to the Willow Baker Development. Highlights of the presentation included widened sidewalks - some as much as 30 feet - and construction designed to integrate with the surrounding neighborhood.
Plans call for the construction of a 3 building, mixed-use project. The 213,590 square-foot project would include 236 apartments, 20,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial/office space, and 59 parking spaces.
