Renderings Revealed For Deauville Beach Resort Replacement
The twin tower project scheduled to be built at the previous Deauville Beach Resort located at 6701 Collins Ave is making moves. The first renderings for the project have been released showing two buildings that will include a 125-unit residential tower and a 175-unit hotel with the tallest tower being 375 feet high. A permit was also recently filed for a contractor to begin the implosion of the building. Stay tuned for further updates on this project.
