Renderings Revealed for Hamilton Heights Residential Tower
Thanks to new renderings released by J Frankl Architects, we now get a sneak peek at the 28-story tower, planned for Manhattan's Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Set to rise at 620 West 153rd Street, the building is being developed by, The Jay Group, and will soon contain 238 rental apartments, spread across 210,000 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, a co-working area, a bike storage room, recreational spaces for children and pets, and a roof lounge.
In addition to residential space, the structure will contain an enclosed parking garage with room for 95 vehicles. There will also be 12,000 square feet of community space, bringing the total square footage of the tower to 265,000 square feet.
The 20,000 square foot site was acquired by The Jay Group in May of 2020 for $29 million. Meridian Capital Group has provided financing in the form of an $83 million construction loan. It's not yet clear when the project will break ground.
