Renderings revealed of proposed 249-unit residential development along Charles River in Brighton
Dinosaur Capital Partners has revealed renderings of its’ proposed two-building, 223,000-square-foot development along the Charles River in Brighton, which would construct 249 apartments and condominiums. Buildings would include 1550 Soldiers Field Road, a 211-unit market-rate apartment building, and 21 Soldiers Field Place, a 38-unit affordable condominium building. Both buildings would feature contemporary design, with unique touches such as angled windows on upper floors to capture river views. Construction of the development is anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2018, and last approximately 18 months. The latest renderings of the development are posted above.
