Renovations Complete at 341 Newbury Street
Renovations are complete at 341 Newbury Street. Developed by Gazit Horizons and designed by CambridgeSeven, the easily recognized Danker and Donohue Garage in Back Bay has transformed to serve as a modern office space fitted out with a kitchen, private offices, meeting and gathering spaces. The roof has also been redesigned to reinstall the historic monumental skylight and host a future roof deck with views of the Back Bay and Cambridge. The renovations have occurred on floors four, five and six – each with fixed and flexible layout options. Exposed brick on exterior walls add accents of color and texture that reflect the building's history as one of Boston’s earliest parking garages. All three floors have independent HVAC zones, VRF heating and cooling as well as operable windows for a balance of user control, energy efficiency and ample fresh air.
