Renovations Continue for Cambridge Affordable Housing Community
Extensive exterior and interior renovations continue at the Millers River Apartments in Cambridge. The nearly 300 units will see new paint, flooring, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures and appliances. The exterior of the building is receiving a full roof replacement and total reskinning of the façade, which requires the removal of existing balconies to increase unit square footage. Finally, an existing community center on the site was demolished to make way for a new construction 8,000 square foot space.
