Renovations Planned for Back Bay Affordable Housing Building Approved by BPDA
The Boston Housing Authority proposes a total renovation of an existing 7-story public housing structure located at 70 St. Botolph Street.
The $17,000,000 project will update 132 age-restricted units, preserved for the elderly and physically disabled, and update the building’s layout to become mobility-compliant.
