Repositioning of One Milk Street office and retail building in Downtown Crossing begins
A groundbreaking ceremony was held last Thursday (October 19th) for the renovation and repositioning of One Milk Street, a 45,000-square-foot historic building located at the corner of Washington and Milk Streets in Downtown Crossing, into state-of-the-art office and retail space. When complete, One Milk Street spaces will feature exposed brick, eight-foot windows and high ceilings, with fully modernized building systems. Space at One Milk Street is now available for lease. One Milk Street developer Midwood Investment and Development acquired the building in September 2015 for $18.2 million.
