Residential Building Approved in Jamaica Plain
The BPDA has approved the proposed project at 50 Stedman Street in Jamaica Plain.
The project calls for construction of a 31,000 square foot, 21 unit residential building. The project would replace an existing single-story commercial building on the approximately 14,344 square feet project site. The three-story building would feature a mix of one and two bedroom units, 4 of which would be designated as affordable.
