Residential Leasing To Kick Off This Fall for 4040 Wilson
With exterior work reaching the top floors of the 22 story project, residential leasing is expected to begin in the coming months for 4040 Wilson. The mixed-use project will feature 244 apartments above retail/office space up to the 10th floor. 4040 Wilson is located just two blocks from Metro Orange and Silver lines and 5 miles from DC. Office space is expected to be available in January 2020 with residential units ready by Spring.
