Residential Tower Scrapped, 100K+ SF Lab Approved for Quincy Center
has won approval for a mixed-use development in Quincy Center after revising plans. Named "Switchpoint", the planned 200-unit residential tower and 125-key hotel were removed from the mixed-use project.
Plans call for more than 200,000 SF of medical and life science research floorspace and 44,200 SF of retail across two new buildings located in Quincy Center.
