Residents to Begin Moving Into Worcester Courthouse
Interior finishing is set to wrap up as tenants begin moving into the Courthouse this month. The historic building that has been vacant since 2008 and dates back to 1843 is being transformed into 114 mixed-income apartment residences.
The courthouse sits on 4.3 acres and is located in Downtown Worcester’s Lincoln Square, at the intersection of Highland and Main Streets a short distance from Worcester Union Station and other city landmarks. Construction of the redevelopment began in summer 2019.
