Reston Gateway Hotel Breaks Ground
Donohoe Construction has broken ground on the Reston Gateway Hotel project located in Reston, VA.
The Marriott AC Hotel & Residence Inn Reston Town Center project consists of a 16-story, 267-key dual-brand hotel, and conference center, built over top of an existing 5-story below-grade shared parking structure in the Reston Gateway development. The project includes 34,000sf of retail, 8,000sf of meeting space including a ballroom, a spa-style indoor pool and fitness facility, a full-service restaurant, and a rooftop bar and lounge.
The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification with a projected completion date of Fall 2024.
Donohoe Development, Donohoe Construction, Donohoe Hospitality, and Complete Building Services worked with Reston Town Center master developer, BXP, to bring this project to life. Donohoe Construction has already commenced construction at the site. Upon completion in 2024, Donohoe Hospitality will operate the hotels, and Complete Building Services will provide facilities management services.
