Reston Multifamily Acquired for $93M
Akelius has acquired the Fairway Apartments from JBG Smith for $93M. JBG Smith had acquired the 346 unit community in 2006 for just over $77M. The garden-style apartment complex sits on 18 acres and offers a community BBQ and picnic area plus a playground.
