Retail Space Nixed From Proposed Georgetown Project
W.T. Weaver & Sons & McCaffery Interests have presented updated plans for the proposed project at 3220 Prospect NW. New plans call for a fully residential development, removing nearly 5,000 square feet of commercial space from the previous plans. The 5-story building would now include 45 residential units.
