Revised Plans Filed for Mixed-Use Development in Pompano Beach

Developers AMAC and ROVR have submitted a revision to the original plans for Sentosa, a proposed mixed-use development in Pompano Beach. AMAC and ROVR acquired the development site from Falcone Group in May 2024. The original plans by Falcone called for 285 apartments across two seven-story buildings. The new plans, which will utilize Florida’s Live Local Act, will increase the number of units to 302, 40 percent (approximately 120) would be designated as workforce housing and include 5,400 square feet of commercial space. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be contained in two eight-story buildings, the commercial space will be contained in two 2,700-square foot buildings. Community amenities will include a pool and fitness center. The plans will be reviewed by the Pompano Beach Development Review Committee on December 4.
