Rezoning Application Submitted to Add up to 625 Units to Cascades Marketplace
Willard Retail has filed a preliminary application for planned rezoning of the Cascades Marketplace in Sterling. The existing 417,000-square-foot shopping center sits on a 30+ acre site with plans to add 160 two-over-two stacked townhome units, 65 single-family attached townhome units, and 400 attached multifamily units. Per the filing, the incorporation of new residential development will enhance the vibrancy of the center by creating a more walkable, urban environment, and reduce reliance on automobiles.
