Rezoning Approved for Soleste La Piazza in Hollywood
The Hollywood Planning & Development Board has approved the rezoning of 1845‐1985 Hollywood Blvd from Government Use to Young Circle Mixed‐Use District. The Estate Companies will be acquiring the site from the City of Hollywood and plans a 22-story tower to include 371 apartments and 6,800 square feet of retail space.
