Rezoning Requested for Mixed-Use in East New York
Almonte Lincoln LLC has applied for zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a new development at 1377-1385 Sutter Avenue; located in East New York, Brooklyn. If approved, a 5-story mixed-use building will be built in place of the existing properties. It will contain 28 apartment units and retail on the ground floor. The project has been noticed, and an environmental assessment statement is in the process of being filed.
