Richcroft, Inc. Relocating Corporate Headquarters to Loveton Business Park in Sparks, Maryland

Richcroft, Inc., a non-profit organization providing residential and personal support for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, has revealed plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Loveton Business Park in Sparks, Maryland. The group, which operates 55 homes throughout Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties, signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 25,500 square feet of space at 53 Loveton Circle, and intends to complete its move in first quarter 2025. St. John Properties’ Stephanie Caronna represented the landlord and KLNB’s Keith Barnett represented the tenant in this transaction.

“This real estate decision was driven by our organization’s continued acceleration, the expected addition of new business lines, and the desire to place our entire corporate team on the same floor to improve synergies,” explained Kevin Drumheller, Richcroft’s Chief Executive Officer. “It was extremely important for us to remain in the greater Hunt Valley area out of respect to our loyal employees and familiarity with the region, and Loveton Business Park meets every important requirement to meet our short-term and long-term objectives. We particularly love the aesthetics of the business community.”

Richcroft’s Loveton Business Park offices will include the company’s executive team, mid-level managers, directors, nursing, and administrative staff. The company, which employs more than 530 workers, expects to significantly expand its workforce over the next several years.

Richcroft’s residential homes provide essential services and support to its clients utilizing a flexible level of care that addresses a person’s specific needs. The programs provide transportation, healthcare, financial, and nutrition support, as well as assistance with leisure and vacation activities. All Richcroft residents are provided access to regular recreational, physical and social programs. The organization also tailors its services to provide in-home support, community-based day supports, and shared-living assistance.

Loveton Business Park is a 15-acre business community located on Loveton Circle, just off York Road, comprising approximately 130,000 square feet of flex/R&D and office space. 53 Loveton Circle is a two-story office building consisting of approximately 51,000 square feet of space. The business community is situated less than two miles from Hunt Valley Towne Centre, three miles from Interstate 83, eight miles from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695), less than 20 miles from Baltimore City, and approximately 25 miles from BWI Airport.

“We are thrilled to welcome Richcroft to their new office space within Loveton Business Park. This direct-entry building is ideal for companies looking to keep all operations on a single level with convenient access,” stated Matt Lenihan, Senior Vice President, Leasing, St. John Properties. “At St. John Properties, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide turn-key real estate solutions and best-in-class property management so that companies like Richcroft can focus on their critical mission of serving people.”
