Richmond apartment community officially breaks ground
Developers officially broke ground on NOVEL Scott’s Addition, their first community in Richmond, Virginia. NOVEL will feature 7 stories with 272 apartments. The apartment building will replace the once Wesco manufacturing building that was demolished for the project.
Developers were thrilled to celebrate the milestone event with each other and their partners.
The first residences are scheduled for delivery in early 2024. Stay tuned for construction updates to come.
