RMR Group Files LOI For Hotel/Residential Tower in Bulfinch Triangle
The RMR Group has filed a Letter of Intent for the development of 251 Causeway Street in the Bulfinch Triangle. In 2022, plans had been floated for a 700-foot tall tower now the developer is proposing a 40-story mixed-use development. The new building would include approximately 300 hotel rooms, 420 residential units, and 30,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and amenity space. Per the filing, RMR expects to submit the Project Notification Form during the second half of September.
