Roadside Development & Dantes Partners Close on Financing for 8th & O Project
Roadside Development & Dantes Partners have closed on the site at 1336 8th Street NW and secured financing for the approved mixed-use project through Grosvenor Americas. The upcoming 85,000 square foot building is set to include 79 condos, with 24 affordable units and 3,327 square feet of retail. The project will be constructed on the Immaculate Conception Catholic church's parking lot and the development will include 1,500 square feet for the church’s parish hall.
