Roof Installed at The Cubes at ORD
Construction of the roof is complete at a new 66,552-square-foot speculative warehouse located on 4.27 acres at 10698 Seymour in Franklin Park, adjacent to O'Hare. The multimodal facility is designed for small and mid-sized users and will feature ESFR sprinkler systems, high-efficiency LED lighting, 20 exterior dock doors, two drive-in doors, 11 trailer storage spaces, and parking for 70 cars and trucks.
