Roof is Complete on One of Buildings at Manatee County Logistics Center

 

 

Crews have made great progress at Manatee County Logistics Center. The roof is complete on building 200 and the roof is nearly complete on building 100. The center will be completed in phases. Buildings 100 and 200 are phase one, expected to be delivered in summer 2023. Phase two will consist of building 300, where the pad is nearly complete. Located in Bradenton, FL at the busy intersection of US301 and 44th Avenue, the industrial development is a 563,451 sq. ft., Class-A master planned logistics park. The three, dock-high, rear-load, buildings have been purposefully designed to provide optimal tenant flexibility and will provide leasing options for customers ranging in size from +23,000 to +188,000 square feet. Manatee and Sarasota Counties include more than 870,000 residents and ranked #3 in America’s Top 10 Metro Areas for Middle Market Investing by Malatru. Home to Lakewood Ranch, one of the fastest-selling master-planned communities in the country, the MSA provides a robust employee base within the logistics & distribution industry cluster.
