Roxbury Crossing affordable housing building tops off, weatherproofing underway
The 5-story frame of the Parcel 25 Phase 1A affordable housing building in Roxbury Crossing has topped off, and weatherproofing of the frame is now underway. The first moisture-resistant cladding sections and windows have been installed along Hallock Street. Parcel 25 Phase 1A is expected to open in Fall 2017 and will feature 40 affordable apartment residences with 27,000 square feet of office space and 4,577 square feet of retail. Parcel 25 Phase 1A is located directly across from the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orange Line station. The following are photographs of Parcel 25 Phase 1A:
