Roxbury Development Project Mortgaged For $9.8 Million
The Holland Companies have mortgaged their property at 13 Shetland Street in Roxbury for $9.8 million via East Boston Savings Bank.
The approved project consist of a four-story residential building featuring 57 apartment residences located steps to the Newmarket MBTA commuter rail station and South Bay Center. Residences at 13 Shetland Street will include 27 studios, 18 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedrooms.
