Roxbury Development Secures $11.4 Million in Financing
The development at 10 Taber Street in Roxbury has secured $11.4 million in construction financing via Hingham Institution for Savings.
The approved mixed-use project consists of forty-five apartments and a retail space comprising approximately 46,239 gross square feet total floor area. The apartment unit mix consists of thirty-five One-Bedroom apartments and ten Two-Bedroom apartments. There will be a ten (10) space ground floor garage. There will be 13% Affordable Housing use for this project. The proposed project will abut an existing three-story office and commercial building.
