Roxbury Mixed-Use Project Approved
The BPDA has approved the project at 1950 Washington Street in Roxbury.
The development will renovate the existing structure into a six-story structure containing 31 residential homeownership units, four of which will be income-restricted.
The project will include 4,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 800 square feet of office space, 21 ground-level parking spaces and storage for 31 bicycles. The project will contribute $25,000 for improvements at Ramsay Park.
