Sale Falls Through for Planned Everett Waterfront Redevelopment
The planned sale of a 100-acre land assemblage on the Everett waterfront has fallen through. had planned to acquire four properties spanning Beacham Street, Robin Street, and South Farm Road from ExxonMobil for a redevelopment of the waterfront. The project was to feature 900 units and 2,400,000 square-feet of mixed-use lab space.
