Salvation Army Sells Pennsylvania Ave. Property for $17M
The Salvation Army has sold 2626 Pennsylvania Ave. NW to Velocity Property Management for $17,000,000. The existing 5-story-story office building constructed in 1975 is situated on a .20 acre site. Plans for the redevelopment of the property call for renovations and additions to create 42 residential units with common amenity space.
