New 34 Park Street Restaurant to Open at Salvatore's Location
34 Park, a new Italian restaurant, is set to open in the old Salvatore's location this weekend. The new restaurant is set to feature distinct menu items, including vodka-fermented bacon to be used in cocktails, along with a new food director - Fergal Gildea - formerly of Boston's Revere Hotel.
