Sarasota Apartment Community Sold for $115 Million
General Services Corporation, a Richmond, Virginia based apartment investor and management company, has acquired Longitude 82 in Sarasota for $115 million. The new owners changed the name to Latitude 27. The 360-unit, Class A, garden-style property, was built in 2017 and features a diverse unit mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans averaging 971 square feet.
