FinanceBoston has arranged senior cash-out financing, secured by a mixed-use property located at 110 Savin Hill Avenue in Boston. The development is located steps from the Savin Hill MBTA Station. The convenient location of this project is part of an exciting mixed-use area and will provide much-needed amenities, which include a neighborhood market, a fitness center, and a co-working space.
