Seaport District Office Building Sells for $450 Million
CommonWealth Partners of Los Angeles has acquired the property at 200 Pier 4 Boulevard for a historic price of $450 million. The building is part of Tishman Speyer's $500 million Pier 4 development project overlooking Boston Harbor.
The property features a 13-story office building containing 353,000 square feet of office space with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
