Second Phase Approved For 1900 Biscayne In Miami's Edgewater Collective Project
Yesterday, the Urban Design Review Board granted developers the approval for the second phase of a project in the Edgewater neighborhood in Miami. Called 1900 Biscayne, the 42-story twin-towered development will feature 1,300 units plus 435 parking spots. The first phase, 2000 Biscayne started construction last year and will include a 36-story building with 420 units.
The approval for the second phase is depending on on some design alterations, which include changes to the building’s linings and adding landscaping to the paseo connecting the two buildings.
