See It Before you Build It: The Benefits of 3D Design with Blue Pixel 3D

The benefit of using 3D design is that you can see your project at scale before you build it or begin marketing. 3D design allows for custom modeling to show textures, landscapes, colors, and fabrics down to even the smallest details such as lighting fixtures and hardware. During the process, a 3D designer can seamlessly swap in or out materials based upon preferences or trends of the moment.  Not only will these designs energize everyone involved in the project but they will help provide a sense of clarity on what the final result will look like in the early stages of the design process.  Given today’s climate, and ongoing adjustments in the way we live and conduct business it will also be key that your project is well-represented digitally. At Blue Pixel 3D, we produce visually compelling, exterior and interior 3D renderings, 360 rotational views, and animation clips for architects, builders, realtors, corporations, and designers, both for commercial and residential projects.  Our process begins with a client providing plans and elevations, Sketchup or Revit files, or a simple sketch to convey the layout.  Next, we will discuss camera angle and materials.  A grayscale render will be provided first so that the client can confirm the camera angle.  From there, we will input your feedback and produce a color draft.  Finally, will continue to input any changes or feedback, and once your edits are complete, we will produce a high-resolution final render.  A single still render takes us only 3-5 days to complete.
