Plans also call for a cellar level, various community and recreation spaces, a 24-hour reception desk, a bicycle storage area, laundry services, and dedicated consultation rooms.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The fully electric building will feature 1,800 square feet of solar panels on its roof and is being sustainably engineered to meet Passive House Standards.

The square foot project site is currently occupied by three vacant, single-family houses. These will have to be demolished before construction can commence.
