Senior Housing Project Proposed in Greenwich
Located on the McKinney Terrace Campus and near the former Byram School, this proposed building would rise 4 stories and provide 52 housing units for seniors in the community. The plans also call for parking, accessibility ramps, and green spaces. It would join three townhouse-style buildings, one already dedicated to elderly housing. Dubbed Vinci Gardens, the project is currently undergoing the review process.
