Boston continues to show varying trends across its different neighborhoods. While the number of condos sold in the Seaport decreased 50% since 2021, the number sold in the South End increased 7.2%. The single-family market continues to be tight. The market in the MetroWest remains competitive. In Wayland, 16 single family residences were sold compared to 22 in 2021.
