Sharon Development Financed for $44 Million
Developers, Boston Andes Capital have financed their development site in Sharon for $44 million via Peoples United Bank.
The approved project will feature a 4-story 175,107 square-foot 192-unit residential building located at 135 Old Post Road in Sharon, MA. The development site sits on a 10.07-acre parcel which the wood frame apartment building would be constructed on and feature 1 and 2 bedroom residences.
