Shell Construction Making Progress at Manor Biscayne
Construction crews have made impressive progress with the shell construction at Manor Biscayne. In Area 1, the shell, including the level one amenity areas is complete, in Area 2, the shell is complete to level five, in Area 3, the shell is complete to level four and in Area 4, the foundations are complete. The 8-story apartment complex will offer 382 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and 9,335 square feet of retail space. The 173 two-bedroom units will include 16 set aside as townhomes. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse along with a 600-space parking garage.
