Shell of First Building Underway Along With Other Construction Progress for The Jack on Beach
Crews show tremendous progress for one of the three buildings included in the upcoming project as the exterior shell/roofing looks to be underway.
The Jack on Beach project will sit on a 10.06-acre site located at 3428 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The 295-unit development will consist of three 4-story apartment buildings and a 2-story carriage house building with two townhome units and six garages. The development will also include 13,043 SF of leasing office and amenity space complete with clubrooms, coworking spaces, a lounge, a game room, and a 1,620 SF fitness and yoga center.
