Significant Progress on The Hartley Building at The Parks at Walter Reed
The Hartley Building is making significant progress as it is nearing facade work. The Hartley is the first component of the "town center" portion of the Walter Reed redevelopment master plan. The building will include 323 rental apartments and 60,000 SF of retail space, anchored by a 40,000 SF Whole Foods grocery store The project is being constructed on the former hospital building site which was demolished in 2020.
