Silver Spring's Newest Tower Nears Topping Out
Framing is nearly complete for Solaire (Ripley II) in Silver Spring. When complete the 270-foot tower will be the tallest building in Silver Spring. The project will offer 400 luxury apartments along with a 15,000-square-foot food hall and market. Amenities will include a rooftop fitness center, pool, and sky lounge, as well as a club room.
