Site Clear for Westmont Mixed-Use Project
The Coakley Williams team has wrapped up demolition of the old Westmont Shopping Plaza and the site is now clear to begin work on an upcoming 6-story mixed-use building. The new project will include 250 apartments, below-grade parking, and ground-level retail and amenity spaces. Amenity spaces will include a lobby lounge, fitness center, and conference room
