Site Clear for Bay State Commons Co-Housing Project in Malden
Demolition has wrapped up at 368 Pleasant Street in Malden to make way for Bay State Commons. Bay State Commons will be a 30 unit, co-housing development offering private homeownership units along with ample common and amenity spaces. The three-story building will feature a meeting & workroom, entertainment room, woodshop, yoga/workout studio, kids’ playroom, art room, music room, social room/pub, great room, and large common kitchen and dining area.
