Site Clear For Leather District Hotel

Demo of two vacant commercial structures has wrapped up at 150 Kneeland St. near South Station. An approved 21-story hotel will soon rise on the site. The new building will feature 230 rooms with a roughly 3,000 square foot lounge area.
