Site Clear for Maverick Shipyard Apartments in East Boston
Demo of an existing commercial structure and smaller residential building is now complete at 202 Maverick Street in East Boston. The site will be the future home to a 23 unit apartment building. The new project will feature a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms including two penthouses. Parking for 20 cars will be built below the building.
