Site Prep Permits Pulled for Somerville Mixed-Use Project
Permits have been pulled to begin the excavation of building footings and foundations along with the install of a job site trailer at 20 Inner Belt Road in Somerville. Criterion Development Partners closed on the property and the adjacent 56 Roland Street site in mid-September. The 20 Inner Belt project is set to include 205 units along with a new space for the Somerville City Club plus 427 onsite parking spaces.
